Sweet Heat Whipped Ricotta Dip

Sweet Heat Whipped Ricotta Dip -
- 15 oz ricotta cheese, I used whole milk
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch of salt
- Drizzle with honey and Benissimo Pepper Oil
- Sprinkle fresh thyme
- Garlic toast or crackers to serve

1. Add ricotta, olive oil, honey, and salt to a blender and pulse until smooth. (Scrape down the sides as needed)
2. Spoon out and spread into a dish. Drizzle with a little honey and pepper oil. Sprinkle with a little fresh thyme and serve with garlic toast.
